1. Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@craftedinwood.online with your order details. We will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will offer a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Gift cards or sale items.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product with photos of the damage. We will either replace the item or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
